Resignation of non-executive director

Nutritional Growth Solutions Limited (ASX: NGS) ("NGS" or the "Company") announces that Ms Rachel Hirsh has decided to step down as Non-Executive Director effective 31 May 2026 to focus on her other professional interests.

Ms Hirsh has served as a director since 25 July 2023, and the Board thanks her for her contribution to the Company during her tenure and wishes her all the best in her future endeavours.
