BOARD AND EXECUTIVE UPDATE

Nutritional Growth Solutions Limited (ASX: NGS) ("NGS" or "the Company") advises the following updates to its board and executive roles effective today:

Director, Mr Manik Pujara, will assume the executive functions of the CEO and CFO on an interim basis while the Company continues to explore corporate opportunities as noted in the Quarterly Activities Update released on 30 January 2026. There are no changes in Mr Pujara's current remuneration.

With this change, Mr Andrew Grover has stepped down as interim CEO and continues as non-executive Chair.
