Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd (ASX: NGS) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd (‘NGS’) will be halted at the request of NGS, pending the release of an announcement by NGS.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 3 November 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

ASX Code: NGS – Trading Halt Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Nutritional Growth Solutions Limited (ASX: NGS) ( Company) requests a trading halt of its securities effective immediately pending an announcement in respect of a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 3 November 2025, or when an announcement in relation to the capital raising is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and there is no other information to inform the market about in respect of the trading halt.
