The securities of Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd (‘NGS’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of NGS, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 23 October 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ASX Code: NGS – Trading Halt Request
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Nutritional Growth Solutions Limited (ASX:NGS) ( Company) requests a trading halt of its securities effective immediately.
The trading halt is requested pending the release of an ASX announcement regarding a capital raise by way of a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors.
It is expected the trading halt will end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 23 October 2024, or when an announcement in relation to the capital raise is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and there is no other information to inform the market of in respect of the trading halt.
