APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTORS AND EXPANSION OF NGS’ BOARD

Nutritional Growth Solutions Limited (ASX: NGS ) (" NGS " or " the Company ") effective 17 November 2025, NGS is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Andrew Grover as a Non-Executive Director and Mr Manik Pujara as an Executive Director.

Mr. Grover brings more than 25 years of experience in building and scaling successful businesses across industries including technology, e-commerce, professional services, and financial services.

As a founder and investor in numerous innovative companies, Andrew has been instrumental in driving growth and operational excellence. Over his career, he has achieved five successful business exits, and his ventures have been repeatedly recognised in the BRW Fast 100 and Deloitte Technology Fast 50 for outstanding performance and innovation.

With a proven track record in strategy, leadership, and execution, Andrew also mentors CEOs and executive teams across several businesses, helping them navigate growth and achieve sustainable success. In addition to his mentoring and investment activities, Andrew currently serves as Executive Chairman of EIQ (ASX: EIQ). He is passionate about fostering innovation, strong governance, and long-term value creation.

Mr Pujara, who joined NGS in April 2025 as Interim Chief Financial Officer, brings extensive experience in finance, governance and strategic growth across private and ASX-listed companies. His appointment as an Executive Director reflects the Board’s confidence in his leadership and ability to support NGS’s growth and long-term objectives.
