NGS ANNOUNCES TRANSITION IN LEADERSHIP

HIGHLIGHTS

• NGS appoints Mr. Peter Osborne as Chairman

• Mr. David Fenlon steps down as Chairman and Non-Executive Director

Nutritional Growth Solutions Limited ( ASX: NGS ) (" NGS " or " the Company ") is pleased to

announce the appointment of Mr. Peter Osborne as Chairman of the Board, effective 10 December 2024.

Mr. Osborne, who has served as a Non-Executive Director of NGS since August 2022, brings extensive commercial and operational experience to the role. He has a unique combination of executive-level leadership and government diplomatic expertise in Asia and is a highly credentialed business advisor and Board Director. His career includes roles with major Australian, U.S., and Asian public and private companies in the healthcare, skincare, and consumer goods sectors. Notably, Mr. Osborne served as Managing Director Asia for Blackmores Limited from 2009 to 2020, where he was instrumental in driving the company’s growth across key Asian markets.

NGS Managing Director, Stephen Turner, commented: “We are pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Osborne as Nutritional Growth Solutions’ new Chairman. Peter knows the NGS business intimately and brings to the team his extensive commercial and operational experience. His leadership will be invaluable as we continue to execute our strategic growth initiatives.”

As incoming Chairman, Mr. Osborne will retain his seat as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr. David Fenlon, who has served as Chairman since March 2022, has stepped down as Chairman and Non-Executive Director to focus on his other board roles and obligations. The Board acknowledges Mr. Fenlon’s important contributions during his tenure, including his efforts to strengthen NGS’ position in the U.S. market.
