Change of Responsible person for ASX communication

Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd (ASX: NGS) (the “Company” or “NGS”) advises for the purpose of Listing Rule 12.6 the change of responsible person of the company.

Mr Lee Tamplin has resigned and will be replaced by Mr Hasaka Martin who will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.

Mr Martin is an employee of the Automic Group and is currently Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed and unlisted public and private companies across a range of industries.
