(hereinafter "Novabase") informs that it has been notified by its shareholders subscribers of the Shareholders agreement - and who together hold a qualified holding of 40.12% of Novabase - of their intention to propose on Novabase's Annual and Elective General Meeting to be held during the first semester of 2021:
