Update – iCollege Off-Market Takeover for Redhill Education

On 22 February 2021, iCollege Limited (iCollege) (ASX:ICT) announced to the market its proposal to make an off-market takeover bid for all the ordinary shares in Redhill Education Limited (Redhill) (ASX: RDH).

iCollege is pleased to confirm that it continues to progress preparation of its bidder's statement. iCollege intends to lodge the bidder's statement with ASIC, and serve the bidder's statement on Redhill, as soon as reasonably practicable.

This announcement has been approved for release by the board of iCollege.
