Appointment of Director

NextEd Group Limited (ASX: NXD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Campbell (Jack) as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 27 March 2026.

Mr Campbell is a finance and strategy professional and Founder and Director of Kandui Group, a financial modelling and analytics firm advising growth companies across Australia. He brings experience working with management teams across a range of sectors including childcare, aged care, agribusiness, retail, property and services and has worked with private, public and listed companies.

Chair Sandra Hook commented:

“Jack’s experience working closely with management teams to translate strategy into sustainable corporate growth will further enhance the Board’s capability as the Company strengthens its foundations and focusses on long-term value creation”

In accordance with the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Principles and Recommendations, the Board does not consider Mr Campbell to be independent due to his family relationship with Angus Johnson, an existing director and substantial shareholder.

The Board considers that, notwithstanding this relationship, Mr Campbell will contribute effectively to Board deliberations.

Further details regarding Mr Campbell’s experience and qualifications will be included in the Company’s next Annual Report and in the Notice of Meeting for the 2026 annual general meeting when Mr Campbell will stand for election.
