INITIAL & FINAL DIRECTORS’ INTEREST NOTICES

As advised in an announcement on 29 July 2022, effective from that day, iCollege Limited (ASX: ICT) (‘ICT’ or ‘iCollege’) appointed Cass O’Connor as an independent non-executive director and Mr Ash Katta and Mr Badri Gosavi resigned as directors.

Attached are an Initial Director’s Interest Notice for Ms O’Connor and Final Director’s Interest Notices for Mr Katta and Mr Badri.

While these notices were prepared at the time, due to an administrative error they were not lodged with ASX within five business days of 29 July 2022. There was no change in director’s interests in this case nor was there a failure by any director to notify relevant information, but a failure to lodge initial and final director’s interest notices within five business days of the relevant date due to an administrative error. The Company has procedures in place to ensure compliance with Listing Rule 3.19B.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Company Secretary.
