Directors & Founders agree to further escrow period
iCollege advises that its Directors and Founding shareholders of Manthano Ltd, which was acquired 12 February 2018, have today agreed to voluntary escrow 136,674,637 Ordinary Shares until 31 August 2019.
The Founder shareholdings represent 123,050,000 ordinary shares and have agreed to a voluntary escrow period that will end on 31 August 2019.
In addition, Mr Simon Tolhurst, Chairman and Non-executive Director of the Company has agreed to place 3,624,637 ordinary shares, along with Mr Badri Gosavi, Director and CFO, holdings of 10,000,000 ordinary shares into voluntary escrow for a period ending 31 August 2019.
The re-escrowing of such a significant parcel of shares by the Board and Manthano founders evidences their commitment to the company’s progress and development, recognising confidence and commitment in the Company’s growth plans.
