REVISED APPENDIX 3Ys

iCollege Limited (“Company”) (ASX: ICT) advises that a correction has been made to the Appendix 3Ys Change of Director’s Interest Notice (“Appendix 3Y”) which were lodged by the Company with the ASX on 17 September 2014 and 6 October 2014 in compliance with the ASX Listing Rules.

However, the Appendix 3Ys lodged on 17 September 2014 and 6 October 2014 inadvertently omitted an acquisition of 58,917 fully paid ordinary shares and 1,329 fully paid ordinary shares respectively, due to an administration oversight which was recently identified. Accordingly the enclosed Appendix 3Ys have been amended to correctly reflect the Director’s notifiable interest.

The Company’s Directors understand their disclosure obligations under ASX Listing Rule 3.19A and the Company has procedures in place to make notifications in relation to Director’s notifiable interests when required.
