UPDATE ON CONSOLIDATION OF CAPITAL

iCollege Limited (ASX:ICT) ( Company or iCollege ) advises that the Company has updated it register and sent holding statements to its security holders reflecting the change in the number of securities they hold.

Deferred settlement trading will end at the close of trading tomorrow and normal trading will start from commencement of trading on Friday 2 December 2022.
