ISSUE OF OPTIONS
The Board of iCollege Limited (‘iCollege’ or ‘the company’) (ASX: ICT), advise the issue of 5,000,000 unquoted options to key advisors to the business in connection with the share placement to professional and sophisticated investors completed in November 2020 (the (“Capital Raise”). The options were issued at nil cost and are exercisable at 15 cents per ordinary share and expire 9 November 2023, and are of the same class of options already on issue.
The company makes request with ASX for the allotment of these securities as unquoted options in accordance with the Appendix 3B lodged with ASX earlier today.
The issues are made in lieu of cash fees paid for services provided for the Capital Raise and have been issued from the Company’s existing 15% capacity under ASX LR 7.1.
The Company’s revised share capital structure after this issue will be as follows:
