Placement Shares Allotted
iCollege Limited (ASX: ICT) today announces that the Placement to institutional & sophisticated investors as announced on 3 November 2020, has been fully completed with 55M Ordinary Shares issued and allotted at a price of $0.10 by way of a private placement (“Placement”).
The Company has issued fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) in the capital of the Company as per the Appendix 2A that follows this announcement and has issued 12,000,000 Broker Fee Options exercisable at 15 cents and expiring 9 November 2023.
The new capital structure of the Company is:
