Convertible Note Extension

iCollege Limited ( Company ) advises that it has today executed Deeds of Variation of Convertible Notes, for all 10 convertible note holders that together hold convertible notes with a value totalling $0.5M.

The Convertible Note Deed has been amended such that the maturity date of the notes are extended to 31 March 2020, other than this the terms and conditions of the original deed remain in full force and effect as disclosed in its ASX Announcement dated 14 November 2019.
