ICOLLEGE SIGNS SHARE SALE AGREEMENT WITH INTERLINK TECHNOLOGY

iCollege Limited (“iCollege”) is pleased to announce that the Share Sale Agreement (‘SSA’) for the purchase of Interlink Technology Services Pty Ltd and Interlink Technology Pty Ltd (‘ITS’) has been completed in line with the terms announced to the ASX on the 1[st] October 2015. Final due diligence and completion is expected to be 30 June 2016.

• ITS is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO Code: 31926) providing over 8 courses in the rapidly expanding and highly sought after field of Project Management

• ITS holds ASQA Delegate status allowing self regulation of all courses added to its scope of delivery

• ITS currently operates on a fee for service model and provides training via contracts to a number of significant corporate organisations and Government Departments, both State and Federal

iCollege CEO Mr Stuart Manifold commented, “We are pleased to have ITS joining the iCollege Group, that now offers further expansion into the Business Services sector with a strong focus on Project Management. Mr Simmonds has built a strong blue chip client base and consistently achieves over 90% completion rates.
