TERMINATION OF SHARE SALE AGREEMENT WITH INTERLINK TECHNOLOGY

iCollege Limited (“iCollege”) advises that the Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Interlink Technology Services Pty Ltd and Interlink Technology Pty Ltd (‘ITS’) as executed and advised to the ASX on 23 May 2016, has today been terminated.
