Commercial Agreement Signed ASX Announcement with Western Australia’s largest Not-For-Profit Business Centre

iCollege Limited (ASX: ICT, “iCollege” or “The Company”), the specialist training and education organisation, is pleased to advised that it has signed a collaboration agreement with Stirling Business Enterprise Centre (trading as WA Business Assist), WA’s leading not-for-profit business centre. Under the agreement, WABA and iCollege will develop and market a series of online course materials and on-demand videos designed to re-skill and up-skill students.
Utilising WABA’s specialist course materials, iCollege and WABA will work together to develop a Learning Management System to deliver the course materials and on-demand videos. The materials will be eligible for recognised prior learning status for students pursuing any of iCollege’s complete range of Certified Courses and Diplomas and will provide iCollege students across Australia with a new, flexible and low cost pathway to starting a Course or Diploma.
Under the revenue share agreement, iCollege will have the exclusive right to market the full range of its certified and accredited courses to WABA’s client base of over 25,000 small to medium size businesses giving them the opportunity to upskill their workforces. The agreement will run for an initial period of 24 months, with the option to extend to a further 24 months.
