SIGNING OF SSA WITH CELTIC TRAINING & CONSULTANCY PTY LTD

iCollege Ltd (“ICT or the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has executed a Share Sale Agreement (SSA) with Celtic Training & Consultancy Pty Ltd (“Celtic”) in line with the acquisition terms contained in the signed Terms Sheet as announced to ASX on 19 August 2015.

The Company is now commencing a 30 day due diligence period with an expectation that completion date will occur on or before 20 December 2015.
