EXTENSION OF PROSPECTUS CLOSING DATE
DGI Holdings Limited (to be renamed iCollege Limited) ( Company ) wishes to advise the closing date of the offer of up to 12,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) in the capital of the Company at an issue price of $0.20 per Share, to raise up to $2,500,000 (and the right to accept oversubscriptions of up to a further 5,000,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.20 per Share to raise up to a further $1,000,000) pursuant to the prospectus dated 24 February 2014 ( Offer ) has been extended from Friday, 21 March 2014 to 5:00pm (WST) Monday, 31 March 2014.
