EXTENSION OF PROSPECTUS CLOSING DATE
DGI Holdings Limited (to be renamed iCollege Limited) ( Company ) wishes to advise the closing date of the offer of up to 12,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) in the capital of the Company at an issue price of $0.20 per Share, to raise up to $2,500,000 (and the right to accept oversubscriptions of up to a further 5,000,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.20 per Share to raise up to a further $1,000,000) pursuant to the prospectus dated 24 February 2014 ( Offer ) has been extended from 5:00pm (WST) Monday, 31 March 2014 to 5:00pm (WST) Friday, 4 April 2014.
The Board is pleased to advise the majority of the applications under the Offer to achieve the minimum subscription of $2,500,000 have been received. The additional timing is required to allow clearance of funds and review of the applications to confirm the appropriate spread of shareholders has been achieved to satisfy the ASX requirements for re-listing following a change to the nature and scale of the Company’s activities.
