CLOSURE OF NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE
iCollege Limited is pleased to announce the closure of its non-renounceable rights issue. The results of the issue are summarised as follows:

The number of shortfall options has been notified to the Underwriter who will proceed to lodge application for all of the shortfall options under the terms of their underwriting commitment.
