ISSUE OF NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE SHORTFALL
iCollege Limited is pleased to announce that the total shortfall of 6,078,375 options exercisable at 20 cents on or before expiring 25 June 2017 have been issued today in accordance with the underwriting commitment as disclosed in the Non-Renounceable Rights Issue Prospectus lodged on 25 June 2014.
The Non-Renounceable Rights Issue of Options is now complete.
