EFFECTUATION OF DEED OF COMPANY ARRANGEMENT

The Board of DGI Holdings Ltd wishes to advise that the Deed of Company Arrangement has been effectuated and the Company has been released from external administration.

The Company is in the process of finalising a prospectus for the capital raising as approved by Shareholders at the General Meeting held on 27 August 2012. The prospectus is anticipated to be lodged in the next 2 weeks.
