Extension of Prospectus Closing Dates

DGI Holdings Ltd (ASX code: DGI) (“the Company”) advises that the Closing Dates of the Company’s Prospectus dated 26 October 2012 have been extended. The Closing Date for the First Placement has been extended to 5.00pm (WST) on Wednesday, 5 December 2012 and the Closing Date for the Second Placement has been extended to 5.00pm (WST) on Friday, 7 December 2012.

The majority of the funds have been raised. The Closing Dates have been extended to allow sufficient time for the Company to achieve the ASX condition requiring spread of 300 shareholders holding a marketable parcel of shares.

The revised summary of important dates is set out below*:

Lodgement of Prospectus with ASIC	26 October 2012
Opening Date for the First Placementand the Second Placement	26 October 2012
Closing Date for the First Placement	5.00pm WST 5 December 2012
Closing Date for the Second Placement	5.00pm WST 7 December 2012
Dispatch of holding statements	Within 7 days after the ClosingDate

*The Directors reserve the right to bring forward or extend the Closing Date at any time after the Opening Date without notice. As such, the date the Securities are expected to commence trading on ASX may vary with any change in the Closing Date.
