Closure of Prospectus

DGI Holdings Ltd (ASX code: DGI) (“the Company”) is pleased to advise that the Company’s Prospectus dated 26 October 2012 ("Prospectus") closed on Friday, 7 December 2012 fully subscribed. The Company plans to allot and issue the Shares and Options offered under the Prospectus this week.

The Company is in the process of finalising the outstanding conditions which the Company must comply with in order for its Shares to be reinstated to Official Quotation on ASX.

The Company would like to thank all new Shareholders that participated in the Prospectus for their support.
