Digislide Signs Agreement with Leading Mobile Technology and Near Field Communication Developer

Digislide Holdings Limited (“Digislide”, “DGI” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that a Term Sheet and a Heads of Agreement have been signed with the Bencom Group. Founded by Mr Keith Benson, Bencom is headquartered in Adelaide, Australia, with offices in Washington, DC.

The Bencom Group and its affiliated companies have invented and patented a variety of new technologies, and have been leaders in the development of mobile commerce, involving digital phones, personal digital assistants, and smart cards to conduct wireless financial and retail transactions, as well as technology enabling a broad variety of open platform mobile applications.

Bencom and its affiliates designed, developed, produced, and commercialized products based on granted patents and related intellectual property, principally the ‘CardSwitch’ and ‘V-SIM’ technology, and more recently have developed SQWIZZ®, the world’s first simple-to-use, crypto-secure, multi-IO NFC reader/writer/viewer, built to US military specifications.

Bencom’s licensees include Roam Data Inc and Way Systems, which was recently acquired by VeriFone.

The Bencom Group is at the intersection of the real world, virtual world, mobile world, social media world and the advertising world; connecting them all through the fobsized product developed by Bencom’s affiliate NFC Data, Inc., SQWIZZ®, which will rapidly and conveniently deliver valuable data to the “cloud” or wherever the user wants it.

The Heads of Agreement envisages the execution of a licence agreement which provides Digislide with a non-exclusive right to use the Bencom Mobile Applications Technology and to practice the inventions claimed under use the Bencom Patents) in Digislide’s products and service offerings. It also covers:-

• joint design work with regard to Securesmart Projection Systems™

• patenting of specific technical details of newly developed technologies or merged technologies

• perpetual joint non-exclusive licensing of Securesmart Projection Systems™ and Bencom’s V-SIM technology

• cross selling and/or licensed distribution of products

• joint presentations to potential designers, developers and/or manufacturers of Notebook/Laptop/tablet, cameras, mobile phone, GPS, PMP, PDA, Games Console regarding embedding Securesmart Projection Systems™

• joint presentations to potential designers, developers and/or manufacturers of medical and defence equipment regarding embedding Securesmart Projection Systems™

• becoming Joint Venture partners in commercialising IPTV/VSDN Technologies

The alliance between Bencom and Digislide is particularly complementary, enabling a unique offering to manufacturers and users of mobile phones, laptops, tablets, GPS, PMP and games consoles.

commercialising Digismart Swap® targeted at the multi-billion dollar global Sports and Film industries.” Ms Outhred added.
