Digislide Forms Telco Alliance

Digislide Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that a Heads of Agreement has been signed with Voicetek Pty Ltd (Voicetek), an Australian telecommunications company, and the Workright Group.

Voicetek is an Australian Carriage Service Provider developing a premium directory assistance service. Voicetek is preparing to launch their 124ASK (124 275) Connectory™ Service, and Just Ask ™ services.

The Workright Group includes Workright Australia (Registered Training Organisation), Workright Global Pty Ltd (e-learning provider) and Workright Centre for Entrepreneurship (Technology and Business Incubation).

Details of the Heads of Agreement

The parties are keen to investigate and evaluate a range of potential commercial relationships that could be jointly exploited, including, but not limited to:-

• Bundling hardware and software technologies to create a unique range of products and services for domestic and international markets

• expansion of Voicetek’s Business and Consumer Connectory™ services

• use of Sonora’s AVATARs for Connectory™ services for mobile phones users

• use of Sonora’s AVATARs Connectory™ services for internet users

• joint developments applications for use in mobile phones which will exploit Digislide’s Digismart Miniature Projection Technologies™ patented “mobile phone with projection capabilities”

• investment in, or acquisition of, Voicetek by Digislide or the Workright Group (with subsequent licensing of specific applications to the other)

• possible acquisition of Voicetek and/or Sonora Technologies and/or licensing of their respective technologies and business models and/or joint venture companies to be listed on Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), Toronto Stock Exchange (TMX) and/or other off shore exchanges

• Possible use of acquired/licensed technologies in e-learning systems

It is understood by Voicetek, Digislide and the Workright Group that the opportunities for exploiting these technologies is extensive and could roll out over a 1-10 year period.

Digislide’s CEO, Ms Luceille Outhred said “There are considerable strategic synergies between Digislide, Voicetek, Sonora and the Workright Group, which have implications for future national and international markets.”
