Digislide Signs to Open Eastern European Markets in Q1, 2010

Digislide Holdings Limited (“Digislide”, “DGI” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a distribution agreement for market entry into Eastern Europe with Romanian company, Comagro Vest. The economy of Eastern Europe is comparable with the economy of the USA (ref Austrade Seminar).

Comagro Vest is a Group of Companies which includes Arstal Invest, Quick Credit, Comagro Consult and Workright Danube.

In October, Ms Luceille Outhred, Digislide’s CEO, demonstrated the Digislide suite of products at an Entrepreneurs Conference in Iselohn, Germany.

Mr Mirel Talpes, CEO of Comagro Vest said “After the extensive presentation of Digislide’s products, we decided to go further and sign the contract for distribution for several Eastern European countries. Our first territory is Romania, but we can develop the markets of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, that belong to the EU, in a reasonable amount of time. Translations have begun”.

Mr Talpes was the Director of the Commodity Exchange of Arad (Romania) for four years, during which time he built an extensive network of business relationships. He built Comagro Vest during the development of the market economy in Romania after the fall of communism. Typical of Eastern European entrepreneurs of the time he established a wide range of commercial activitites, including trading in wheat and other commodities, transportation, import of agricultural and manufacturing equipment, pharmaceuticals, education, real estate, business consultancy services and loans brokerage.

Comagro Vest is experienced in business to business, business to government sales. Comagro Vest have been appointed regional representatives of the Romanian Commodity Exchange, effective January 2010, which is a recognition of their knowledge of the market and economical realities in Romania.

“We are interested in the technology markets because we understand the trends of the global economy and anticipate a serious growth of this sector in Eastern Europe.” Mr Talpes said.

It is anticipated Digislide’s products will enter the Eastern European markets of Romania, Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia in the first quarter of 2010.
