Release of securities from escrow

Digislide Holdings Limited (“DGI”) advises that:

• 25,520 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company will be released on 9 December 2009; and

• a convertible note issued by the Company of face value of $40,000 will be released on 9 December 2009;

from restrictions applied under restricted security agreements entered into as a condition of DGI’s shares being admitted for quotation on the Official List of ASX.

DGI intends to apply for quotation of shares released from escrow at the end of the restricted period and an Appendix 3b application will be filed with the ASX for that purpose.
