Digislide Creates Canadian Technology Alliance

Digislide Holdings Limited (“Digislide”, “DGI” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that a Heads of Agreement has been signed with Sonora Technologies Inc (Sonora), located in British Columbia, Canada.

Sonora Technologies is a software developer that specializes in leading-edge artificial intelligence and state-of-the-art graphics interface design.

Currently, Sonora is designing the software platform and developing and programming an avatar for the BC Stories Kiosk, hosted within the BC Showcase at Robson Square, an initiative of the BC Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games Secretariat.

Sonora’s onscreen virtual host will interact with guests and help them to select from the variety of video vignettes about the people, businesses, and communities that make up British Columbia.

In a Press Release in September, the British Columbia Minister of State for the Olympics and ActNow BC Mary McNeil described the BC Showcase as “an integral part of the provincial government’s hosting strategy” and added, “It will be a focal point for our communities, industries and businesses to meet, greet and develop relationships with many high profile executives who are coming to B.C. during the Games during the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games”

Sonora has invited Digislide to participate in evaluating its developing technologies over the remaining life of the BC Showcase project and to be involved in other future projects as a joint development partner.

Mr Mark Syme, President of Sonora said “There are considerable synergies between Sonora’s and Digislide’s technologies. We’ve identified a number of potential opportunities which could be mutually beneficial.”

Details of the Heads of Agreement

Sonora is keen to investigate and evaluate the range of commercial relationships that could be exploited.

These are set down in the Heads of Agreement and include:-

• Digislide evaluating Sonora’s design, development and progress of the required Kiosk Technologies for the BC Showcase Facility.

• Digislide receiving acknowledgement within Sonora’s marketing/promotional section within the BC Stories Kiosk Facility at the 2010 Commerce Centre, and Sonora to promote the new business partnership/alliance - during onsite sales presentations

• Design and development of AVATARs for use within mobile phones, internet based connectivity systems and mobile phone connectivity systems

• Possible licensing of Sonora’s Intellectual Property after evaluation for use within ‘connectory services’ which are both mobile and internet based

• Possible investment in or acquisition of Sonora by Digislide

• Possible acquisition of Sonora and/or licensing of their respective technologies leading to a future possible spin off to an ASX listed company in Australia

• Possible acquisition of Sonora and/or licensing of their respective technologies leading to a future possible spin off to a TSX listed company in Canada
