Resignation of Director

iCollege wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Philip Re as a non-executive director of the iCollege Board.

Having achieved the successful completion of the Manthano Limited acquisition, Philip sees it as an opportune time to step aside and allow space for new appointees to take the company into a new era.

The Board wishes to record its thanks to Phillip for his assistance and the board wishes him every success in his future business activities.

Mr Tolhurst, iCollege Chairman said:

" Phil did a great job keeping the company going during what, historically, were very trying circumstances. Phil now leaves the company in better shape that it was this time last year and hands over the reigns to new appointees who are dedicated to building that turn around and driving the company to realise its great potential ."
