Digislide’s Chief Marketing Officer Resigns

Digislide Holdings Limited is disappointed to have received the resignation of Mr Tim English.

Mr English has been involved with Digislide for 8 years, initially as a consultant, he was subsequently appointed as Marketing Manager on 1[st] July, 2002.

Mr English’s profile was presented in the Prospectus, lodged with ASX in December 2008.

Mr English’s exemplary service has been a key factor in moving the company from a start up technology company to an ASX listed entity, which has received national, international and global awards.

Mr English was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in Q1, 2009.

Mr English said “I have always believed that Digislide has an exciting and prosperous future. It is for this reason that I am a significant shareholder in the company. I wish Digislide and its commercial partners every success in its future endeavours”.

Digislide’s CEO, Ms Luceille Outhred said, “Tim English has been my strong right hand throughout the life of Digislide. He has been Acting Chief Executive Officer, when I was required to be overseas or on annual leave. Tim is a man of the highest integrity and will be greatly missed.”

Digislide’s Founder and Chief Innovator, Mr Kevin Soper, said “I have worked closely with Tim over the past 8 years on numerous exhibitions and trade shows. Tim has been an inspiration to the Research and Development and Business Development Teams. Because of his creativity, vision, professionalism and perseverance he has brought 4 products successfully to market, and set a standard that has positioned Digislide for global expansion.”
