Resignation of Chairman and Director

The Board of Directors of Digislide Holdings Limited advises that Mr Ian Mutton has tendered his resignation as Chairman and Director of the Company, effective from 2 March 2010.

In tendering his resignation, Mr Mutton said:

“Our Managing Director and her team are working to build the business and with it a recognition of its inherent value – that shared vision and the commitment to deliver is an important part of the suite of capabilities that are needed to deliver success; the other is a product range; the team has built and is building a fabulous product range. Consider:

• MantaRay™ introduced in 2003,

• Digishow™ introduced a few months ago,

• miniPro® being introduced this month, and to my way of thinking a real show-stopper,

• WeSii® also being introduced this month - a companion product for Nintendo’s Wii™

• and early next quarter the DigiPRO™ professional pocket projector, and XRay™ a companion product for the Microsoft Xbox™ .

To my way of thinking the range is a testament to what can be achieved with unswerving commitment to practical research and development. On any measure it is the dream range with which to launch in to the miniature projection market; a market that’s just opening up with a speed that is breathtaking; a market that appears to be limitless. What is exciting is the realization that our company is there at the very beginning and that is a great place from which to build shareholder value. The challenge is to meet the capital needs of the Company as it further develops its products and accesses markets.

As the company has matured from a research and development company through to commercialisation of these products and has positioned itself for entry into the global markets of Europe and USA, I recognise that Digislide is now entering a different phase in the company’s development, and accordingly it has now outgrown my level of involvement, which was largely to nurture the company through the IPO process. Digislide will now benefit from new directors keen to progress with the company to the next level.”

Digislide’s CEO, Mrs Luceille Outhred said “Mr Mutton joined Digislide’s Board when we were a technology company focused largely on research and development. We had a vision of miniature projection products entering the market, and Digislide becoming a public listed entity. Mr Mutton provided considerable wisdom and strength to the Board and the Executive Team during the term of his appointment.

As Chairman he steered us through all the issues resultant from the Global Financial Crisis. He has seen us through to the lodging of our first half year results. Mr Mutton’s input has been greatly appreciated.”
