Interim Chairman

The Board of Directors of Digislide Holdings Limited has appointed Mr Leon Milford as Interim Chairman, after the recent resignation of Mr Ian Mutton.

Mr Milford has been a consistent support to Digislide over the past 7 years.

Mr Milford was invited to join the Board in 2008 and has held responsibilities on the Audit Committee and the Rewards and Remuneration Committee throughout that time.

Mr Milford has extensive Board and Executive Management experience in finance, marketing, distribution, and manufacturing. He was Victorian Secretary and Accountant for Hills Industries Ltd for many years, where he was responsible for a diversified product base, exporting and global budgeting. Mr Milford’s broad knowledge combines a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, international trade and logistics. This background has provided him with an ability to think both strategically and operationally.

More recently, Mr Milford held management positions in finance and sales, combined with directorships held in the Automotive, Real Estate and Aged Care industries. Leon sits on a number of Boards, including Sharksafe Pty Ltd and AU Pacific Ltd.

As the company is now moving towards global expansion, Digislide will invite additional members to the Board with experience in:-

• Board membership of an ASX listed global technology firm and/or global marketing of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

• Multiple jurisdiction legal experience in mergers and acquisitions
