Appointment to the Board of Digislide Americas

Digislide Holdings Limited and Digislide Americas Corp (“Digislide”, “DGI” or the “Company”) are pleased to announce the appointment to the Companies’ Boards of retired Australian Senator, Grant Chapman. He has taken up Directorship on the Digislide Holdings Limited Board and has also been appointed Chairman of the Board of Digislide Americas Corp.

Grant Chapman is taking up his appointment to the Board of Digislide Americas in the same week as the company makes its initial presentation to Silicon Valley investors (see note re Presentation to US Investors following).

Grant Chapman has brought to successful conclusion a number of projects during a distinguished business and parliamentary career.

With a background in marketing management and business consulting, from 1987 he was elected on four successive occasions as a Senator for South Australia in the Australian Senate, before retiring in June 2008. From 1975 to 1983 he was the Federal Member for Kingston in the Australian House of Representatives

Throughout his time in Federal Parliament, Grant Chapman was involved in numerous committees. Most notably, during the life of the Howard Government, he chaired the Joint Statutory Parliamentary Committee on Corporations and Financial Services from 1996 to 2007, working closely with the then Federal Treasurer, Hon. Peter Costello, in reforming Australia’s corporations law and the regulation of financial services. For the same period, he also chaired the Federal Government Industry, Resources and Small Business Committee and from 1995 to 1997, two Senate Select Committees on the resources/energy sector. He was recognised as one of the Parliament’s experts on financial and taxation issues, together with industry and resources policy. In this context, he had high level engagement with new technology/start-up companies and the Government’s support for research and development.

In 2001, Grant Chapman was appointed by the United Nations to its “Panel of Eminent Persons to Combat Desertification,” reinforcing his strong interest in green technologies and enhancing the outstanding links he has developed with international business and political leaders as the leader of a number of key Australian overseas delegations and as the Australian Government representative on the Inter-Parliamentary Union (world body of parliaments) Council from 2002 to 2005. In 2003, the President of Chile bestowed on him the highest honour awarded foreigners, the Grand Cross, Orden Bernardo O’Higgins, for his contribution to international relations. This

international experience has given Grant Chapman strong links with business and political leaders in Chile, Argentina, China, Thailand, Taiwan, USA, UK and the European Community.

A keen sportsman, former SACA Grade cricketer and Amateur League Australian Rules footballer, Grant Chapman was a founder of the Australian Council for Inter-Parliamentary Sport and a participant in international parliamentary cricket, rugby, tennis and golf competitions. Since 2009, he has been a participant in the Australian Sports Advocacy Group and periodic consultant to Sports Hydrant, an innovative, interactive sports information and marketing website.

Since early 2009, he has been founding Chairman of MyATM Pty Ltd, which has engaged successfully new investors in automatic teller machine/multi-function kiosk ownership and operation, while also undertaking key business consulting assignments, continuing to manage a family investment portfolio comprising farming and grazing properties, equities and residential real estate and serving voluntarily on several not-for profit boards.

Recently, he was appointed founding Chairman of Greenlink Energy Ltd, a cleantech incubator company with current interests in solar energy manufacturing and marketing and which is undertaking an IPO to expand its cleantech portfolio.

He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Adelaide University, where he also undertook post-graduate business management studies.

Ms Luceille Outhred, Digislide’s CEO, said “[former] Senator Chapman has been a strong supporter of Digislide and other early stage technology companies in South Australia. He will add considerable strength to the Boards of both Companies. The relationships he has formed in international sports will be beneficial as we commercialise the Digismart Swap™ products. The top 20 shareholders own 40% of these.

Approximately 40% of the shareholders are considered to be “ founders ” or “ related parties ” and as such are unable to sell any of their stock until 24 months after listing.

Our Conservative estimates of Sales Revenues from products in US markets only reflect that we reach profitability by third quarter this year, with $5M in sales

Again, using a very conservative approach, and basing revenues on PRODUCTS only in US we anticipate Sales Revenues of $15M in 2011, $25M in 2010 and $35M in 2013.

Add to that the potential for embedding Digislide ’ s optical engines in existing products and the markets of Canada, Central and South America, and a continuous stream of growing revenues will flow into the company over the next decade.

Currently Digislide Americas has 2,750,000 shares issued, and is now inviting investment of $5M for 20% of the company.

We these funds we will appoint additional staff to Digislide Americas, create a growing marketplace awareness through marketing and PR activities and forge alliances with synergistic groups.

In the 7 months since listing, Digislide has brought 3 new products to market.

Over the next 6 months that will be increased to 6 products, and in the next 3 years a further 3 products will be released, as well as upgrading existing products.

The Digislide product roadmap is robust.

The Digislide technologies are innovative.

Digislide is establishing Digislide China Operations in the next month, which we anticipate will see significant joint developments and exciting new product offerings as embedded Digislide Inside ™ projectors are offered to – manufacturers of laptops, PDA, games, camera, GPS all ’ . covered by Digislide s patents

Digislide Americas ’ role is to successfully develop the markets on our side of the world. We intend to bring a strong market awareness of Digislide ’ s products in the USA, Canada and Mexico.

Spanish translations have been finalised for Digishow and are beginning on the other two products.

We will expand North American markets, and begin to penetrate Central and South American markets, strategically choosing the countries and alliance partners

With a licence to exploit all patents and technologies we are in a unique position to be able to conduct joint developments with – other technology companies and Digislide has already developed a Pan Pacific SWAT Team for their opto-electronics designs.

Digislide Americas is well positioned in Silicon Valley, as we grow, to identify and acquire synergistic technology companies
