Director resignation
The Board of Directors of Digislide Holdings Limited advises that Ms Lin Chan has tendered her resignation as a Director of the Company, effective immediately. Ms Chan has indicated to the Board that she is not able to continue to be on the Board due to personal reasons.
The Board thanks Ms Chan for her contribution and services to the Company.
