AGM Details and Closing Date for Director Nominations
NextEd Group Limited (ASX:NXD) ( Company ) advises that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of shareholders will be held on Friday 21 November 2025.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is 5.00pm on Thursday 2 October 2025.
The notice of meeting containing details of how to attend and vote at the AGM will be provided in due course.
This announcement has been approved for release by the Company Secretary of NextEd Group Limited.
