2023 Annual General Meeting

NextEd Group Limited ( ASX:NXD ) ( Company ) advises that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders will be held on Friday, 24 November 2023.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the company is 5:00pm on Friday, 6 October 2023.

The notice of meeting containing details of how to attend and vote at the AGM will be provided in due course.
