Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 20[th] January 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 3[rd] Quarter ended 31[st] December 2020.
We, further, wish to inform you that pursuant to the Code of Practices & Procedure for Fair Disclosures and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in the securities of the Company (“Code”) as adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company has already been closed with effect from 31[st] December 2020 till 22[nd] January 2021 (both days inclusive).
