*अवस्थापन मद को छोड़कर, कर समायोजन के बाद शुद्ध लाभ। श्रम संहिता और कानूनी दावे के प्रावधान के प्रमाप पर विचार करने के बाद, वित्त वर्ष 2026 के लिए कर पश्चात लाभ 301 करोड़ रुपये है।

टिप्पणियां:
1. 31 मार्च, 2026 को समाप्त तिमाही एवं वर्ष के लिए उपरोक्त वित्तीय परिणामों की 28 अप्रैल, 2026 को आयोजित लेखापरीक्षा समिति की बैठक में समीक्षा की गई है और निदेशक मंडल द्वारा 18 अप्रैल, 2026 को आयोजित अपनी बैठक में अनुमोदित किया गया है। 31 मार्च, 2026 को समाप्त तिमाही एवं वर्ष के लिए कंपनी के एकल एवं समेकित वित्तीय परिणामों को कम्पनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 133 के अंतर्गत निर्धारित मानवीय लेखाकरण मानक (इंड-एएफ) और इसके अधीन जारी सम्पत नियमों के अनुसार तैयार किया गया है। कंपनी ने भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (सेबी) द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देशों का लागू सीमा तक अनुपालन किया है।

1. निदेशक मंडल ने 18 अप्रैल 2026 को आयोजित अपनी बैठक में 31 मार्च, 2026 को समाप्त वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए आईएनआर 8.00 प्रति इक्विटी शेयर के लाभांश को विस्तारित की है। यह भुगतान वार्षिक आय बैठक में शेयरधारकों की स्वीकृति के अधीन है।
