Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 25[th] May 2021, inter alia, to transact the following business items:

To consider and approve Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31[st] March 2021.

To consider and recommend the Dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the financial year 2020-2021, subject to approval by the members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
We, further, wish to inform you that pursuant to the Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in the securities of the Company (“Code”) as adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company has already been closed from 31[st] March 2021 till 27[th] May 2021 (both days inclusive).
