We, further, wish to inform you that pursuant to the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in the securities of the Company (“Code”) as adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company has already been closed with effect from 30[th] September 2021 till 27[th] October 2021 (both days inclusive).
