1. The Order includes the following major activities:

   • a) Supply of licenses

   • b) Annual Technical Support

   • c) Implementation, Customization and other support related services

2. Total size of the work order under the Agreement is: USD 5.9 million.

3. Duration of the work order under the Agreement is: Three years

4. The order is international in nature.

5. The order has been awarded by an international entity.

6. The executed agreement related to this order does not fall within the definition of related party transaction as specified in the Companies Act, 2013.

7. None of the promoter/ promoter group have any interest in the entity that awarded the order.
