Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

This is in reference to our previous disclosure submitted on 28[th] June 2018 in respect of receiving work order for Document Management System (DMS) and digitization project of the records of District and Subordinate Courts in the State of Maharashtra on turnkey basis, subject to approval of pilot phase.

It may be further noted that the aforesaid work order has not moved beyond the stage of pilot phase and the process of sale of services has not yet started, therefore there was no revenue recognition in any previous year as well as any projection for the current financial years with respect to the aforesaid work order.

We would like to update that the Company was formally notified of the cancellation of the aforesaid work order. The Company would be taking further step in this regard, as may be considered fit.
