Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that today i.e. 23[rd] December 2021 the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved the Grant of 12,11,500 (Twelve Lakh Eleven Thousand Five Hundred) Restricted Stock Units (“RSU”) under Newgen Software Technologies Restricted Stock Units Scheme – 2021 to its identified employees, as below.
