This is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25[th] May 2021 has recommended the appointment of M/s Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No 001076N/N500013) as Statutory Auditors of the Company who will hold office for a period of 5 (five) years from the conclusion of the ensuing 29[th] Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 34[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company in place of M/s B S R & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No 116231W/W100024), who would retire at the conclusion of the forthcoming 29th AGM, in accordance with the provisions of Section 139(2) of the Act and Rule 6 of the Companies (Audit & Auditors) Rules, 2014.

The members of the Company shall consider the aforesaid recommendation of the Board of Directors in the ensuing 29[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure-I.
