Sub.: Intimation of Board Meeting under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 26[th] May, 2020, inter alia, to transact the following business items:

1. To consider and approve Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31[st] March, 2020.

2. To consider and recommend the Dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the financial year 2019-2020, subject to approval by the members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

We, further, wish to inform you that pursuant to the Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct to Regulate and Monitor Trading (“Code”) as adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company has already been closed from 31[st] March, 2020 till 28[th] May, 2020 (both days inclusive).
